CJ Logistics in Arlington, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to repair and restore damaged products, assist with inbound shipments, and support ongoing Lean initiatives. The role emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and making a real impact within a growing logistics environment.

Applicants should be prepared to participate in training programs to develop skills and advance their careers, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–11:30pm and a pay rate starting at $16.70 per hour plus a shift

• Pay Range: $16.70 per hour + $.50 Shift Premium
• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 3:30pm-11:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Repair & Restore: Give damaged products a second chance by reworking and salvaging them for use.
• Inbound Support: Help receive shipments and ensure products are accounted for and ready for processing.
• Continuous Improvement: Be a part of our Lean Logistics Center’s commitment to efficiency and excellence.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in training programs to develop your skills and advance your career!

What We’re Looking For:
