Job summary

Revolution Foods is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. You will receive, stock, stage, and ship materials while meeting safety, security, accuracy, and productivity standards.

You’ll also handle all warehouse transactions and maintain the warehouse environment and equipment. Responsibilities include labeling, packing, loading/unloading, receiving, inventory control, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience using ERP systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food production.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • OSHA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack shipments.
  • Load and unload products from trucks or containers.
  • Break down, receive and verify incoming shipments.
  • Move products to storage and stack materials securely.
  • Maintain inventory with cycle counts and recounts.
  • Prepare products and mark with identifiers.
  • Receive materials and verify against orders.
  • Put away materials with lot/expiration tracking.
  • Collaborate with production, sanitation, and maintenance.
  • Staging of materials for production as needed.
  • Maintain branch warehouse environment and equipment.

Job description

We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate who takes pride in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for efficiently and accurately receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material while meeting company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity. You’ll also be responsible for all warehouse transactions, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the branch warehouse environment and equipment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipments.
  • Load and unload products from trucks or containers.
  • Break down, separate, and receive incoming shipments.
  • Move products to storage areas using proper equipment and expertly stack and store raw materials.
  • Maintain inventory control by determining what is available and what is not, completing cycle counts and regular inventory counts, investigating inventory deltas, etc.
  • Prepare products by separating products and marking products with identifying information.
  • Receive materials by moving materials and accurately checking what was received against what was expected.
  • Put away materials by tracking lots and expiration dates and managing efficient storage.
  • Work cross-departmentally with production, sanitation, maintenance, etc.
  • Pick materials through the requisition process by determining production needs and staging needed materials for production as they are needed.
  • Responsible for all warehouse transactions.
  • Maintain the branch warehouse environment and equipment.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using ERP systems.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks, with an emphasis in a cold/wet working environment, or the equivalent of a minimum of 2 years of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks with an emphasis in a dry working environment or warehouse.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or food production environment; food production is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience completing inventory counts, administrative tasks, or data entry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • OSHA experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience using ERP systems preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks, with an emphasis in a cold/wet working environment, or the equivalent of a minimum of 2 years of experience using forklifts and electric pallet jacks with an emphasis in a dry working environment or warehouse preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or food production environment; food production is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience completing inventory counts, administrative tasks, or data entry preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and physically perform the requirements of the position.
  • Mobility is necessary to work at all levels of the building.
  • Frequently required to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Regularly required to stand 100% of the working shift if required by job responsibilities.
  • Able to always control moving equipment.
  • Ability to work in a cold storage warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from -15 degrees to 55 degrees for extended periods of time.
Shift & Hours
  • Flexible schedule, covering varied shifts, including weekend work.
  • Overtime work is sometimes required.
