Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a quality inspector to verify raw materials and parts on the warehouse floor. You will inspect items using gauges, record results in databases, and segregate non-conforming material to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing documentation, performing final inspections for outgoing shipments, and identifying potential causes of non-conformance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems.
• Ability to learn correct use of basic measurement instruments (tape measure, scales, gauges).
• Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to accurately inspect basic material, commodities, and/or processes.
• Safety Mindset.
