Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is hiring multiple Warehouse Associates for a leading manufacturing facility in the Orangeburg/Cope, SC area. The position offers $15.00/hour while temporary, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and attendance.

This is a great chance to join a growing team and build a lasting career. Shifts include 12-hour day and night schedules with a 2-2-3 rotation, plus a 10-hour day shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• History of stability and longevity in previous position.
• Recent warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capable of lifting 35 pounds.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to remain on your feet and walk around for the majority of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Repetitive loading/unloading of production equipment.
• Review work orders to ensure products are produced to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and components.
• Communicate maintenance and production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain and clean work area.
• Manufacture a finished product or a component of a finished product.
• Perform work as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
• Follow standard work procedures and practice safe work habits for assigned tasks.
