Delta Personnel Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Handler (Temp-to-Hire) in Franklin Township, NJ. The role focuses on forklift operation, shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years forklift experience, a valid certification, and strong attention to detail. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM start and hourly pay of $25–$27.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with basic MS Office tools (Excel/Word).
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming materials and document inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
