Micone Staffing Resources is hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing Lemmon Valley operation. This is a true temp-to-hire role with ~520 hours through Micone Staffing before direct hire by the company.

Starting pay is $18.00+/hour, DOE, with potential pay increases after conversion and after 90 days as a direct employee, plus quarterly bonuses and benefits after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but willingness to learn is valued.
• Ability to read pick tickets and follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders and prepare shipments.
• Read and follow pick tickets; check orders for accuracy.
• Label, stack, and move pallets; receive incoming products.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
