Job summary

Composition Brands in Greenville, Michigan is seeking reliable Assemblers I-IV to support the production of premium refrigeration and ice products. You will work with the assembly line team to ensure high-quality output and efficient processes, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

The role requires coordinating with teammates, operating hand tools and presses, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical computations to complete production records and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to use and operate hand tools.
• Capable of standing on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
• Hand-eye coordination for high volume repetitive assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts according to prescribed methods and quality standards.
• Operate presses and machinery or hand tools to complete assembly processes.
• Stack, organize, and store finished products per procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and meet quality requirements.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
