Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience operating CNC equipment, automated machinery, or production equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery per procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks with gauges, calipers, measuring devices, and visual inspection.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor malfunctions; escalate when needed.
• Complete production records and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S and safety standards.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and team to meet goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Adhere to attendance and scheduling, including overtime as needed.
