You will operate small hand tools and a microscope, verify work against specifications, maintain traceability, and support operations with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; alternative competency accepted via validated assessment.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Use needles, scissors, forceps and tooling to sew valve components on an assembly line.
• Verify completed steps against specifications and record results.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs; ensure traceability in device history records.
• Support other procedures as needed to aid production operations.
• Assist Engineering with root cause analysis for nonconforming components.
• Maintain GMP and quality system compliance in a cleanroom environment.
• Maintain reliable attendance; work required shifts and overtime as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping in the work area.
