Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is hiring a Test Operator in San Jose, CA. The role performs routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components and assemblies, sets up test devices and documents results.

You will use hand tools or automatic test methods and may perform simple repairs. Requirements include 2–4 years of PCBA level functional test experience, ability to read English, lift 32 lbs, and willingness for OT and weekend work, plus basic understanding of electrical assemblies and following test

Qualifications

• 2-4 yrs of PCBA level functional test using test procedure, Schematic & other supply documentation.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift 32 lbs
• Must have the ability to test assemblies to verbal or written instructions, or by following Test Process Instruction.
• Must have basic understanding of Electrical assemblies.
• Must have available for OT and weekend work as required in addition to minimum 40 hr./wk

Responsibilities

• Perform PCBA level functional test using test procedure, Schematic & other supply documentation as required.
• Document test results.
• May perform simple repairs and/or component removal or replacement.
• May maintain logs and records indicating malfunctions
