Job summary

Pandora in Carmel, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to embody the Pandora brand in-store and deliver exceptional customer experiences while leading a team to achieve sales goals.

You will mentor Sales Associates, collaborate with Managers, and create memorable shopping moments through deep product knowledge and brand passion. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with base plus bonus and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to connect with customers at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and ability to deliver positive results.
• Efficient time management with prioritization and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with eligibility to work.

About the Team:

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As a Sales Lead, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the both the Managers and Sales Associates which is instrumental to the delivery of our success in-store.

• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work

$16.00 - $17.50 commensurate with experience
