Qualifications

• 2+ years of styling, visual merchandising or studio production experience.
• Strong eye for proportion, fit and brand-aligned presentation.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Style apparel and accessories to align with brand guidelines.
• Execute on-figure styling across high-volume shoots with speed and consistency.
• Direct model changes and manage transitions between looks.
• Maintain visual accuracy across shots.
• Stay engaged on repetitive shoots while upholding quality.
• Identify speed and workflow improvements on set.
• Complete pre-shoot prep including product organization and mannequin setup.
• Coordinate with production, photographers, and studio leadership to align on plans.
• Build and document styling standards and guides.
• Support wardrobe pulls and inventory management.
• Maintain pacing to meet production timelines without sacrificing quality.
