Job summary

Marshalls in Austin, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional service. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain attractive displays and clean floors.

Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, collaborating with teammates, and ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Prior retail experience is a plus, and a flexible schedule is often required.

• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
