Job summary

Molson Coors is seeking a Full-Time Lab Technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to join the Brewing Quality team. You will perform analyses, tests, and inspections to monitor product quality and support plant operations.

You’ll collaborate with Quality Specialists and other lab staff, operate lab instruments, and apply statistics to improve processes. Shift readiness includes 2nd and 3rd shifts, with pay of $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires 21+ years of age and ability to work 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency operating lab instruments.
• Knowledge of routine packaging operations and material quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide process information and results to customer departments.
• Help prevent substandard finished goods and support quality problem prevention.
• Audit test methods and document results per Corporate Quality Standards.
• Support process standardization and improvement via statistics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Crafted Highlights:

In the role ofFull-TimeLab Technicianworking inMilwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Brewing Quality team. You will be responsible for servicing the needs of the plant by performing analyses, tests, and inspections needed to monitor product quality.

This positionworks closely with Quality Specialists, other Lab Technicians, and Microbiological Specialists, as well as other members of the Quality team.

Lab Tech employees are paid $23.00 an hour & are required to be comfortable working across 2nd and 3rd shift.

• 2nd shift runs: Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm
• 3rd shift runs: Monday evening through Saturday morning, 11pm-7am

What You’ll Be Brewing:

• Provides process information and results to customer departments
• Helps prevent or minimize the production of substandard finished goods as well as helping in quality problem prevention
• Assists in auditing test methods, reactions to test results not meeting standards, and confirmation or proper documentation as required by Corporate Quality Standards or procedures
• Supports process standardization and improvement through application of sound statistical techniques
• Other duties as assigned

Key Ingredients:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire and have the ability to work on 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd shift
• You have an associates or bachelors degree in a related field
• You have proficiency in operating lab instruments
• You have sound knowledge of routine packaging operation and material quality checks, including analytical tests, inspection procedures, sampling sites, quality standards, and documentation via hardcopy or automated date retention systems
