Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited Ripon, WI is seeking a Storeroom Attendant to handle daily receiving, stocking, and cycle counting in a small team environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and independent work habits.

Responsibilities include data entry, inventory and tool/equipment handling, and ensuring proper storage. Lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to safety rules are required; SAP/PC skills are helpful but not mandatory. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with possible OT.

Qualifications

• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn; preferred software skills (MS-Office, warehouse systems).
• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills and ability to compute rates and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming product, goods, tools and/or equipment; checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items according to predetermined sequence; optimizes storage space.
• Issues products to site employees and maintains accurate records for issued items.
• Enters data into a database to maintain stock records; responds to inquiries about inventory levels and schedules.
• Performs cycle counts and assists with inventory control.
