Responsibilities

• Audit documentation against CO charting standards before each chart closes.
• Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and specialist appointments.
• Carry CareNet Health's Aurora caseload while mentoring junior grads.
• Walk the Aurora floor at handoff and verify patient status.
