Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Yreka, CA is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, handle cash, and manage clerical tasks in a patient-centered front desk role. Working schedule is Monday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 11:00 am, with a pay range of $17.50–$19.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, Vision and more.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED, 1 year of office experience (medical field a plus), ability to travel up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of office experience; medical field a plus.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in person or by phone.
• Handle cash collection and daily balancing.
• Perform clerical tasks: typing, filing, mail flow, and electronic file organization.
• Maintain daily phone coverage and respond to inquiries.
• Follow all policies and procedures and ensure security.
• Coordinate patient appointments and relay information to supervisors.
