Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clean workstations, dining, and storage areas.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance on equipment and food service areas.
• Complete daily records, tasks, and opening/closing checklists.
• Meet time and quality standards with urgency.
• Engage customers, fulfill orders, and communicate menu changes.
• Assist with catering and event requests.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation practices.
• Interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Rotate and store products per safety requirements.
• Follow stocking routes and track inventory.
