Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with financial aid packaging in PowerFAIDS.
• Familiarity with CSS Profile and institutional methodology.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and time-management.
• 3–5 years of work experience in financial aid.

Responsibilities

• Review financial aid applications and determine eligibility.
• Package institutional, federal, and state aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Verify student eligibility by reconciling FAFSA and CSS Profile data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
• Assist in loan processing and related certification tasks.
• Meet with students virtually to address financial aid questions.
• Contribute to reports and data cleanup as needed.
