Job summary

MetaSource, LLC. in Norwood, MA seeks a Temporary Document QC Specialist to support our onsite team for 3-4 months. The role focuses on front-line production work, including document preparation and data entry, following procedures and achieving output and quality targets in a safe environment.

The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, onsite, with a pay rate of $18.05 per hour. Employment is temporary full-time and contingent on background checks, with equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Must commute to the office and work a Monday–Friday full-time schedule.
• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Observes safety and security procedures; reports unsafe conditions; uses PPE and follows safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring.
• Inspect scanned Microfilm images and review for discrepancies and imaging quality.
• Review and edit microfilm scans to fit company standards.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a microfilm quality control process.
• Monitor calibration of scanned documents and microfilm.
• Track and identify recurring adherence problems and improvement opportunities in relation to document image scanning.
• Analyze quality and performance trends.
• Attend and participate in regular improvement meetings.
