TJ Maxx in Mechanicsburg is hiring a Retail Associate. You will greet customers, ring purchases, restock merchandise, and maintain store standards while supporting credit and loyalty programs. This role emphasizes honesty, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, can work a flexible schedule, communicate clearly, and multi-task effectively. Lifting heavy objects and adapting to changing directions are routine.

• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
