• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and upholds merchandising standards.
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor and follows company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness across the store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follows labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives and safety practices.
