Job summary

The Delaware National Bank of Delhi is hiring tellers for its Delhi, Margaretville and Davenport branches. The role performs standard teller functions including cash checks, deposits/withdrawals, and customer service. This position requires 40 hours per week with a Saturday rotation and a background check.

Hourly wage is $17.55, equating to about $36,504 per year before taxes. Ideal candidates have cash handling experience, strong communication, accuracy and familiarity with banking software;

Performs standard teller functions such as checking and savings transactions, accepting loan payments, and providing quality customer service. This position is 40 hours a week and requires a Saturday rotation. Applicant must pass a background check.

Hourly Wage: $17.55

Primary Duties

• Cash checks, process deposits and withdrawals
• Issue money orders and official checks
• Process MasterCard/Visa transactions (cash advances & payments)
• Process loan and mortgage payments
• Responsible for own cash drawer and proving each day

Requirements

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• General familiarity with bank products and software programs
• Previous cash handling experience
