Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Chicago is seeking a Teller Services Coordinator to supervise branch operations and ensure accurate customer transactions. You will lead staff, enforce dual control, and implement policy changes while maintaining security and service quality.

You'll empower teammates, resolve customer concerns including online banking and debit card issues, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous teller experience required.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills as well as the ability to indirectly motivate staff and effectively organize / delegate operational duties among staff members.
