Job summary

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to warmly greet members and handle daily banking tasks. You will assist members in person and by phone, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments, and answer questions about accounts and services.

The position offers full-time hours and a competitive hourly rate of $18.22-$20.24, plus paid training, benefits, and a focus on community impact and member success.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to balance cash and maintain accuracy.

What You'll Do

As a Teller, you'll be the friendly face of MMFCU, helping members with their everyday banking needs while showcasing valuable customer service and building financial industry experience. To do this, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Answering questions about accounts, products, and services
• Recommending solutions that fit members' financial needs
• Balancing cash transactions and maintaining accuracy

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Branch hours vary between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m., Monday-Friday.
