Job summary

Citi is seeking a Teller for the Bronx, NY branch to improve branch flow and customer experience by promoting Citi digital channels. You will advise Digital Branch clients, resolve questions, and facilitate interaction across channels while upholding risk and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, leveraging mobile tools, and meeting measurable client experience targets. This full-time position offers standard Citi benefits and a structured work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience with knowledge of sales strategies and financial products.
• Experience and knowledge in banking, financial and credit services.
• Excellent management of digital and technological media, applications and systems such as iOS and Android.
• Handling tools (smart / smart phones) and Citi systems for internal staff.

Job description

The Teller decreases the volume of operations at the window to improve the flow of the branch and consequently the customer experience. The Teller promotes alternative channels that Citi offers to clients.

Salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on number of hours worked.

Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.

The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is

$20.00 - $23.67
