Job summary

Citi is seeking a Teller in Bronx, NY to streamline branch operations and promote Citi digital channels, enhancing customer experience. You will assist Digital Branch clients, handle inquiries, and direct customers to optimal channels while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience with knowledge of sales strategies and financial products.
• Experience and knowledge in banking, financial and credit services.
• Excellent management of digital and technological media, applications and systems such as iOS and Android.
• Handling tools (smart / smart phones) and Citi systems for internal staff.

The Teller decreases the volume of operations at the window to improve the flow of the branch and consequently the customer experience. The Teller promotes alternative channels that Citi offers to clients.

Responsibilities

Salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on number of hours worked.

The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is

$20.00 - $24.98
