Job summary

Earthmover Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller at our Yorkville branch. You will engage with members, process transactions, and deliver friendly, accurate service in a close-knit team. The role may involve travel to other branch locations as needed.

What You'll Do

As a Teller, you'll be one of the first people our members interact with, creating memorable experiences while providing exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Providing outstanding service and identifying solutions that meet members' financial needs
• Maintaining accurate cash drawer balances and following security procedures
• Address member questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Answering member questions and assisting with account-related requests
• Collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless and positive member experience
• Promoting ECU products and services that can benefit our members

Schedule & Location Requirements

• Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• One weekday off each week
• Saturday: 7:45 AM to 1:00 PM
• The primary branch location will be Yorkville; however, based on business needs, employees may be required to work at any of our other five branch locations:
  • Romeoville
  • Oswego
  • Batavia
  • Aurora
  • Montgomery

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Dependability - You're reliable, show up for your scheduled shifts, and arrive on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Teller experience
• Prior Credit Union or Banking experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
