The Teller is responsible for performing a wide range of banking transactions and customer service functions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. This role requires a working knowledge of bank products, operations, and deposit compliance, along with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and fraud prevention. The Teller must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills, and be willing to be cross-trained in various areas of branch operations. Independent judgement and minimal supervision are expected.
