Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform routine teller transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Handle deposits, verify information, cash checks, process loan payments and withdrawals.
• Maintain knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Respond to member requests and direct to appropriate staff as needed.
• Identify opportunities to offer Credit Union products/services and improve members' financial well-being.
• Adhere to security procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.
