Job summary

SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller (Member Service Representative I) in Cerritos, CA. You will provide World Class member service, process transactions, and share account information while following cash-control guidelines to protect assets.

The position offers a pay range of $22.33 - $32.38 per hour and a 20-hour schedule. You will deliver face-to-face service, discuss credit union products, and refer members to the right team for needs, with required training including BSA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of prior related experience required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members.
• Follows cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and Member assets.
• Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refers Members to the appropriate team member to assess the Member's needs and address concerns.
• Processes Member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
• Contributes to departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency.
• All team members must comply with regulatory compliance and training requirements including BSA regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
