Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Teller at the Kaimuki Branch to deliver outstanding customer service and process banking transactions with accuracy. The role offers growth opportunities within a friendly, values-driven team.

As the face of the bank, you will engage with a diverse client base, learn products quickly, and support clients from opening accounts to ongoing advisory needs. The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services.

First Hawaiian Bank currently has a great Teller opportunity at the Kaimuki Branch that is robust with career growth and developmental opportunities.

Compensation

The pay range for the role is $18.00 - $21.50/hr; commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities

As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
