Centennial Bank is seeking a Teller II in Beebe, AR to process cash transactions quickly and accurately while meeting service quality standards. You will safeguard assets and promote bank products and services with customers.

You will balance teller station, assist with vault/ATM tasks, and cross-train to open basic new consumer accounts, all while maintaining a friendly professional attitude in a dynamic branch environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required with basic math and 10-key skills.
• 12–18 months related experience and/or training recommended.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Receives cash, pays out cash, handles negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Sets up, closes and balances teller station.
• Records sales of monetary instruments.
• Maintains neat and well stocked teller area.
• Cross-sells bank products and services.
• Follows limits for protection of customer accounts and bank safety and soundness.
• Adheres to bank policies and procedures.
• Assists with balancing Vault, ATM, Night Drop, Coin Machine.
• Assists with proper scanning of bank documents and proof work as needed.
• Exercise judgment in holds and check cashing decisions.
• Cross trains to open basic new consumer accounts.
• Adheres to work schedule; flexible availability.
• Maintains positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance.
• Lift coin bags up to 50 lbs.
• May work at alternative location within region or market.
• Ability to work in a state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Complete required BSA/AML and compliance training as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as required.
