Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 months teller experience in financial services preferred.
• 6 months cash handling experience in retail customer service is acceptable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Processes financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Adheres to bank policies and procedures.
• Prioritizes client demands and provides impeccable customer service.
• Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Upholds understanding of banking products and company systems and procedures.
• Participates in job-specific training and bank training programs; complies with BSA/AML rules.
