This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers, maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive community banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer in accordance with bank procedures.
• Educate customers on Bank products and services and identify opportunities to meet their financial needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report suspicious activity in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
• Support overall branch operations and contribute to team goals and service standards.
• Understand and adhere to transaction authority limits as outlined in the Retail Limits Matrix.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.
