Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer-facing experience or equivalent.
• Experience handling cash and balancing cash drawers.
• Able to work Saturdays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to guide customers to digital banking tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Process routine service transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) accurately.
• Welcome customers and understand their needs to route to digital tools or appropriate team member.
• Identify potential product or service needs and refer to banker for detailed guidance.
• Complete transactions with sound judgment and risk awareness per policy.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Address routine customer questions and escalate more complex issues when needed.
