# Teller Full-time Ashville Branch## Description**Competencies Required:*** Customer service skills with effective problem solving abilities; ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers as well as staff members.* Cash handling experience.* General knowledge of Computer and General Office Equipment. Applicant must have ability to quickly learn banking software.* Ability to work flexible or extended working hours to meet bank needs; demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.* Outstanding listening and communication skills both written and verbal.* Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn banking products, policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines for compliance issues related to job duties.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.* Practices bank security procedures; protects customer confidentiality and privacy.**Minimum Qualifications / Experience:*** 1-3 years customer service, cash handling or banking experience preferred* High School Diploma or equivalent required.**Position:*** Accepts checks for cashing-verifying identity of customer* Accepts checks / cash for deposits.
