Perform a comprehensive range of transactional duties to serve members across all channels-in-person, phone, and digital solutions. Build new member relationships while strengthening existing ones to create an exceptional member experience. Accurately maintain financial records and provide a variety of member savings, share draft/checking and credit account transactions in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with prospective and current members, while positively representing the credit union and consistently demonstrating our FIRST values.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a branch setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, cash recyclers, ATM, Instant Issue, cash advance machines, multi-function machines, and video. Physical presence in the branch setting is required.
This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
Ability to work flexible schedule Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Periodic travel to other FCU locations may be required.
