Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, and reliable transportation. You must be able to travel to different LNB locations as needed and maintain compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have at least one year of prior customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid and unencumbered Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation to report to work during scheduled hours.
• Must be able to travel to different LNB locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an uncommon customer experience with every interaction
• Fully understand and adhere to Teller Policy
• Maintain healthy record related to balancing and accuracy
• Accurately process customer transactions including but not limited to: cash checks, withdraw cash, deposit cash and/or checks, process loan payments, process change orders, conduct account transfers, check customer balances, issue official checks and gift cards
• Understand criteria for negotiating checks
• Identify counterfeit currency and fraudulent checks
• Field and address phone calls
• Balance cash drawer daily
• Maintain a secure cash drawer and meet cash handling standards
