Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve sensitive issues to resolution.
• Perform data entry to complete reporting requirements.
• Ensure currency and coin accuracy, regulations and provisions are maintained.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Know the identity of customers to reduce fraud and risk of loss.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic teller functions.
• Back up Drive-Thru Teller across multiple lanes to avoid back-ups.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of cash under supervision.
• Adhere to policies and procedures defined by management.
• Cross-sell products and services.
• Assist with customer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as required; may participate in special assignments.
