Responsibilities

• Perform all paying and receiving functions of a teller and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and checks.
• Understand bank software used to complete transactions; verify endorsements, validity, and fund availability.
• Accept loan payments and balance cash at the end of each workday; locate overages/shortages and manage cash levels.
• Follow all branch, division, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Process night deposit transactions and resolve errors.
• Collect accurate information to complete CTRs and MILs.
• Maintain customer privacy and a tidy work area.
