Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash receipts and deposits accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with account questions and resolve issues.
• Promote and refer bank products to clients through qualified referrals.
• Process checks, withdrawals, and verify endorsements; balance cash drawer.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and report discrepancies.
