Job summary

Northwest-Bank in Rimersburg, PA seeks a full-time Teller to deliver excellent customer service by processing transactions, resolving issues, and identifying referral opportunities for the appropriate lines of business. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and problem resolution.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist with vault/ATM tasks as needed.
• Identify referral opportunities and support overall sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email communications.
• Open/close branch tasks and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and digital offerings.
