Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Research customer issues and resolve questions promptly.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records.
• Recommend bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Make outbound calls to service and refer customers to banking partners.
• Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, CIP, OFAC and related policies.
