Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a business setting.
• 1 year of cash-handling experience.
• Teller experience preferred (6+ months).
• Strong customer service skills including active listening and clear communication.
• Experience recommending and referring financial products.
• Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer accurately.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.
• Ability to stay standing up to 75% of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to review information at close range.
