Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive checking and savings deposits; verify cash and endorsements and issue receipts.
• Examine checks for negotiability and fraud; determine funds availability and hold notices.
• Identify counterfeit currency.
• Cash checks and withdrawals with proper IDs and verify negotiability.
• Balance drawer daily and maintain cash at set levels.
• Cross-sell bank products and services; refer complex issues to the branch staff.
• Follow bank policies and procedures and privacy rules.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
