Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and at least six (6) months prior experience in the retail industry.
• At least six (6) months of cash handling experience
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Typing, PC, 10-key calculator, and ability to handle large quantities of currency.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintains a cash drawer including posting deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and cashing checks.
• Maintain accurate details of each transaction.
• Prepare daily general ledger entries.
• Perform vault functions, as necessary.
• Assist with daily balancing of coin machine.
• Assist customers with account or product inquiries and cross-sell bank products.
