Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year direct banking experience or 2–3 years with cash handling, customer service and sales.
• Customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle teller transactions with accuracy.
• Promote checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance services.
• Meet sales goals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate members on digital services and provide universal service across teller and banker functions.
