Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Teller to provide in-person client service at a branch in New York. You will greet clients, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist with servicing needs while guiding customers to bankers for deeper financial discussions.

This role requires accuracy in cash handling, strong integrity, and adherence to banking procedures. Includes Saturday work and teamwork in a friendly branch environment.

Responsibilities

As a Teller, you provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. Tellers, through conversations with clients, listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker to have a deeper financial wellness conversation. As a teller, you would assist clients with updating account information and ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.* Educating clients on managing their finances effectively and promoting financial health. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
