KeyBank is seeking a friendly Teller in the Town of Guilderland area to greet clients, perform account transactions, and provide exceptional service in person. You will listen for financial needs, refer customers to a Banker, and support daily branch operations with accuracy and integrity.
Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, and experience in cash handling and client service. The role is branch-based with incentive and base pay in a competitive hourly range.

As a Teller, you provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. Tellers, through conversations with clients, listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker to have a deeper financial wellness conversation. Consumer Retail - Prolonged Standing (5-8 hours per day), frequent use of hands to manipulate/grasp objects, ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients, occasional bending and lifting from floor height, frequent forward reach, frequent lifting of 1 – 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
